I Took This Quote Directly From CNN.com Today

Cut and pasted:

"Nutritionists say a set of awesome abs takes more than just doing sit-ups. "New research shows that what you are eating may be just as important as your workout," says Katherine Tallmadge, author of "Diet Simple" and a spokeswoman for the American Dietetic Association."

REALLY??? NEW research shows that you need to eat healthy to be in shape? NEW RESEARCH? What the fuck did the old research say?

I think old research said to eat as many mini sirloin burgers as you can.Researchers need concentrate on what we don't know. I mean I can get a good look up a bulls ass by...I mean...nevermind.

Does this mean that the old "eat frosting to stay thin" research is wrong? I sure hope not...

The way I got this rockwall above my waistline that you call "abs" is through the Mormon diet-no caffine, alcohol, or porn. I also didn't date until I was 16, but that's mainly cause I played Dungeons & Dragons.
